Worked with Angelo from LDC for designing and streamlining an AI workflow to build out ads for our Meta Advertising. Was extremely helpful with the deliverables and explaining how it works without being too techy. Saving up to 20 hours per week now with the workflow he created!
Where AI pays off in a service business
Most owners ask which AI tool to buy. A better question is which work is eating your week.
AI helps most where the work is repeated, written and a bit boring. If you do the same kind of task many times a week, AI can probably do a first draft of it.
Start with the work, not the tool
List the tasks that fill your week and circle the ones you repeat. The ones that take time but not much judgement are your starting list, and you pick the tool after that.
Where it usually pays
- Email and admin. Drafting replies, sorting your inbox and writing the routine messages you send every day.
- Follow-ups. Drafting the nudge to a lead or client who has gone quiet, so it gets sent.
- Quotes and proposals. A solid first draft built from your own past work, ready for you to check and adjust.
- Meeting notes. Turning a call into a short summary and a list of what needs doing.
- Answering questions from your own knowledge. Your prices, processes and policies in one place, so your team gets an answer without asking you.
What to leave alone
Keep a person in charge of anything that needs judgement, trust or a relationship. That includes difficult client conversations, pricing decisions and anything that goes out under your name without being read.
Change one thing at a time
You don't need to rebuild your business. Pick one task, make it easier and see how much time it gives you back. Then pick the next one.
A simple way to choose your first task
Ask three questions. Do I do this often? Does it follow a pattern? Would a good first draft save me time? If the answer is yes to all three, start there.
Where we come in
Most of the list above is what our 14-Day AI Assistant takes on: we set up Claude or ChatGPT with your business knowledge, connect it to your inbox and CRM, and it drafts your replies, follow-ups and briefs for you to approve. If the leak is lead follow-up, our CRM & Follow-Up System sets up your CRM so it runs on its own. If your team is the bottleneck, our AI Workshop gets them using AI in their own jobs. If you're not sure which fits, we'll work it out with you on the discovery call.
