Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

1. Who we are

LDC Strategies Pty Ltd (ABN 95 689 480 395), Adelaide, South Australia ("LDC", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, business name, role).
  • What you tell us in forms, calls and emails, including what you'd like help with.
  • Booking details, such as the time you choose for a call.
  • Your answers if you take our Free AI Readiness Scorecard, including your industry and revenue range.
  • Information about how you use our website, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us.
  • If you become a client, information needed to deliver the work, such as your onboarding interview answers and access to the business tools you ask us to connect.

We don't ask for sensitive information and we don't store card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

3. How we collect it

  • Directly from you through our website forms, booking calendar, calls, emails and meetings.
  • Automatically through cookies and similar tools on our website.
  • Occasionally from third parties, such as advertising platforms when you respond to one of our ads, or a person who refers you.

4. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and book calls. To give you a scorecard result and suggest a next step.
  • To deliver and support the services you engage us for.
  • To send updates about your enquiry or project.
  • To send marketing, only where you've agreed or the law allows, with an easy way to opt out.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

5. Cookies, pixels and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, device information and on-site activity. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

6. Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us run the business, including our CRM and booking system (GoHighLevel), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), automation tools (n8n), website hosting (Webflow), video hosting (Wistia), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) when used to deliver your project.
  • Professional advisers.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell personal information.

7. Overseas storage

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States and the European Union. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. AI and automated decisions

We use AI tools to help draft, summarise and organise information. A person reviews anything that matters. Our scorecard uses a simple set of rules to suggest a next step. We don't make decisions that significantly affect you using automated processes alone.

9. How we keep it safe

Information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Logins for client tools are shared through secure links, and access is removed when it's no longer needed. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

10. Marketing and unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or contact us. We'll action requests within 5 working days.

11. Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

12. Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
