It depends on what we build and how many people will use it. The main things that change the price are which offer fits (a 14-Day AI Assistant, the CRM & Follow-Up System or an AI Workshop), how many people need their own setup, how many tools we connect, and whether we stay involved each month or hand it over once it's built. You'll also need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan in your own name, which you pay for directly. We don't quote before we understand the problem, because a quote without that is a guess. On the discovery call, we look at where your time goes and walk you through the numbers for the setup that fits, with no pressure to go ahead. The 14-Day AI Assistant takes 14 days, counted from when your guided interview, logins and paid AI plan are in. Days 1 to 10, we connect Claude or ChatGPT to your tools and test it on your own emails and questions, and you try it out too. Days 11 to 14, it starts work: sorting your inbox, drafting replies and follow-ups, and sending your brief. Our CRM & Follow-Up System builds depend on how many pipelines, forms and follow-ups you need, so we give you a timeline in writing before you commit. The AI Workshop runs for 1 or 2 hours, booked at a time that suits your team. From your side, the 14-Day AI Assistant needs about an hour: the interview, sharing access and setting up the plan. We do the rest.

Yes. Everything we set up lives in your own accounts: your AI plan, your CRM and your tools. LDC Strategies doesn't keep a copy of your customer data. When an automation moves a record between your systems, it passes through and is cleared once it arrives safely. You share logins through a secure link, and we keep them in a separate encrypted vault for each client. Only the people working on your build can get in, and they only get the access they need. The AI drafts and you approve each email before it sends. When the work ends, we remove our access, revoke our keys and confirm it in writing, and we suggest you change any password you shared.
